Choose the right plan
Free is for trying BxScribe — 10 notes/month, 1 client. Individual is for solo clinicians ($23.99/mo). Pro is for full-time use with unlimited notes ($34.99/mo for RBT, $54.99/mo for BCaBA/BCBA). Agency plans are per-seat for teams of 3+.
Annual billing saves 20%. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Upgrading or downgrading
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep your usage.
Agency seats
Agency Starter begins at 3 seats; Agency Pro begins at 5. Add or remove seats from Settings → Billing. Each seat counts toward note caps (60/seat/month on Starter, unlimited on Pro).
