Terms of Service

By accessing or using BxScribe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

BxScribe provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals, including session note generation, client management, study tools, and team collaboration features.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit client data that includes unnecessary personally identifiable information — use initials or identifiers where possible
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent plan restrictions

Session notes generated by BxScribe are AI-assisted drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use in clinical records. BxScribe does not guarantee the clinical accuracy of AI-generated notes. The clinician of record remains responsible for all documentation submitted to payers or included in client records.

Free accounts include up to 15 session notes per month and 3 clients. Pro subscriptions are billed per seat at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings — access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of all content you create using BxScribe, including session notes, client profiles, and study materials. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

BxScribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
