Clinician plans
Personal plans are priced by credential: RBT pricing covers 97153 work, and BCaBA/BCBA pricing covers 97155, 97156 and 97155HN. Yearly billing costs less than paying monthly.
- Free: 10 notes and 10 revisions a month, 1 client.
- Individual ($19.99/month or $191/year): 30 notes and 30 revisions a month; 1 client for RBTs, 5 for BCaBAs and BCBAs. Adds PDF and Word export, CASP billing fields, repeating sessions, fieldwork tracking and Assessments for BCaBAs and BCBAs.
- Pro ($34.99/month for RBTs, $39.99/month for BCaBAs and BCBAs): unlimited notes and clients, dictation, analytics, version history, supervision tools, the Plan Builder and advanced assessments (BCaBA/BCBA), Pavlov+ Chat and the AI assistant.
Agency plans
- Agency Starter ($19.99 per seat per month, 3–10 seats): 60 notes per seat a month, unlimited clients, team management, the Plan Builder, Audit & QA overview, corrections and history.
- Agency Pro ($29.99 per seat per month, 5 or more seats): unlimited notes, the calendar, analytics, assessments, Pavlov+, the Reference Library, AuditScan, ABA Summarize, PPR Review and the review extension.
Upgrade, change seats or cancel
Open Settings → Billing. The Current plans card shows your plan, seats, billing interval and next billing date.
- Choose a plan in the comparison to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades start straight away and are prorated.
- Change seats (agency owners) adds or removes seats, prorated.
- Payment method & invoices opens the secure billing portal for your card and invoices.
- Cancel subscription keeps your plan until the end of the period; Resume subscription undoes it.
- Billing history lists every charge with a PDF or receipt.
