Writing and finalizing session notes

How AI generation, revisions, supervision sign-off, and PDF export work.

Updated May 9, 2026

Drafting and revising

Each generated note can be revised. Click Revise and tell BxScribe what to change — "add more detail on prompting hierarchy" or "make it more concise." Each revision counts toward your monthly revision allotment.

If you're not happy with the result, you can keep revising or write a new prompt entirely. Pro plans have unlimited revisions.

Supervision sign-off

BCaBA and BCBA supervisors can review and co-sign RBT notes. The trainee author signs first, then the supervisor adds their signature with credential. Both signatures are stamped with a SHA-256 hash of the note content for tamper-evidence.

Exporting to PDF

Open any finalized note and choose Export → PDF. The PDF includes the narrative, signatures, and BACB-compliant header. Available on all paid plans.
