Service plans
Service plans hold the targets you measure for a client, grouped into Maladaptive Behaviors, Replacements, Caregiver Competency and RBT Competency Check. Each target has a baseline, a long-term objective with a short-term objective ladder, a status and a chart.
- Add a target with the Add button on each tab.
- Sync from finalized plan copies targets from the client's finalized treatment plan.
- Export PDF downloads the service plan.
- Deleting a target that already has data archives it instead.
Data collection and data sheets
Data collection charts every behavior, program and competency over time. Data Sheets shows the same data as a monthly grid you can print.
On-site collection
On-Site Collection is built for use during a session on a phone or tablet. Behaviors have + and − counters and a timer; programs have Correct trial, Incorrect trial and Undo last trial. Every tap saves straight away to today's data.
Client analytics
Analytics (Pro and Agency Pro) shows the client's totals, hours, average session length and revisions by month, note type and status, and lets you export the data points as CSV for a date range.
