Filling in the profile
Owners, admins and clinical directors can open Team → Agency profile. Enter the legal name, address, phone, email, license number, organization NPI and billing tax ID. The NPI is checked against its check digit before it's saved.
Upload a PNG, JPG or WEBP logo up to 600 KB. Wide logos look best on letterheads.
Where it's used
Exports that use your export template print the legal name, address lines, phone, NPI and logo in the header. The tax ID is only used for claims and is visible only to people who can edit the profile.
