Supervisor inbox
Inbox appears in the Fieldwork group once you supervise a trainee. It lists your trainees with their progress, months that miss a BACB requirement, and forms waiting for your signature. Supervisor tools need Pro or Agency Pro.
- Log contact records a supervision contact for a trainee (individual, group or observation).
- Open form opens a trainee-signed form; sign and select Sign as supervisor to finalize it.
Supervision contract
Contract holds the supervision agreement for each relationship. As a supervisor, select Generate contract from template to draft it from the relationship's rules. Both of you then draw a signature and select Sign as supervisor or Sign as trainee, in either order.

Months are checked against the BACB 2027 fieldwork standards for BCBA candidates.
- Supervised Fieldwork: 2,000 hours total and 5% supervision each month.
- Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork: 1,500 hours total and 7.5% supervision each month.
- Each month: between 20 and 160 fieldwork hours, at least half of supervision individual, and an observation with a client (60 minutes, or 90 for concentrated).
- At least 60% of all hours unrestricted, so restricted hours are capped at 40%.
- Group supervision: 2 to 10 trainees.
