Open CASP Checklists in the Training group. Document types are grouped into Assessment, Direct treatment, Protocol modification, Caregiver training, Group services and Other documents. Each one lists its CPT description, who can render it and every required element. Expand an element to see the CASP requirement and why payers deny without it. Use Filter elements to search.
